RuckerConnect is operated by RUCKERCONNECT LLC ("RuckerConnect," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide business software for operational workflows, administrative assistance, support, and onboarding. Available features depend on the services enabled for each business.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information through our website, platform, and direct support interactions.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Account and business information, such as your name, business name, contact information, and service settings.
• Support and onboarding requests, including your email address, request topic, request details, and any mobile number and SMS preference you choose to provide.
• Content you choose to provide through enabled platform features.
• Billing and subscription information needed to administer your services. Payment providers handle payment-card processing.

Information processed for businesses
Where a business enables a relevant feature, we may process its customer, lead, booking, call, or message information to provide that feature. This may include contact details, call or message metadata, and communications. Businesses are responsible for their own customer notices and appropriate permissions.

Technical information
We may collect log and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, and error details, to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website and services.

Messaging preferences
For Platform Support SMS, we process mobile numbers, affirmative opt-in choices, support correspondence, and records needed to document messaging preferences and honor opt-outs.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and administer the features enabled for your account.
• Respond to support requests and arrange requested onboarding assistance.
• Process optional Platform Support messages within the scope of your consent.
• Maintain messaging preferences and honor opt-out requests.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the services.

When you use an AI-enabled feature, relevant inputs and context may be processed by service providers that help generate its responses. Avoid putting passwords, full payment-card details, or patient medical information in the public support form.

3. Platform Support Text Messages

RuckerConnect Platform Support is an optional, non-promotional text-message program from RUCKERCONNECT LLC for business owners and authorized staff. Messages cover account setup assistance, support-request acknowledgments and updates, responses to platform-use questions, and confirmations and reminders for onboarding sessions you request.

To request enrollment through our support form, enter your mobile number and actively select the separate, optional SMS checkbox. The checkbox is not selected by default. Providing a phone number, accepting general service terms, or submitting a support request without selecting SMS does not enroll you.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account, request support, complete a transaction, purchase services, or use RuckerConnect. Email remains available for support.

Message frequency varies based on your support and requested onboarding activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of Platform Support texts. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@ruckerconnect.com.

This consent applies only to RuckerConnect Platform Support. It does not authorize promotional broadcasts, cold outreach, or messages to patients or customers on behalf of another business. Program messages begin only after messaging is enabled and your opt-in has been recorded.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information as needed to provide the services:

• To providers that support website hosting, forms, communications, databases, payments, security, and enabled AI features.
• Within the business account for which information is processed, subject to appropriate access controls.
• When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of the services.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes. These restrictions apply to the sharing categories above. Providers may process this information only as necessary to operate and deliver the messaging program on our behalf, or to meet applicable legal obligations. We do not transfer messaging consent to another business or program.

5. Cookies And Similar Technologies

Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for website operation, security, preferences, and usage measurement. Where available, you can manage choices through the website's privacy controls and your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect website functions.

6. Retention And Security

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the services, document messaging choices, honor opt-outs, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. An opt-out may require us to retain a limited suppression record so that we do not resume unwanted messages.

You can use the support form without consenting to SMS. To stop Platform Support texts, reply STOP to the program's sending number. For help, reply HELP or email support@ruckerconnect.com.

You may contact us about access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and will handle requests as required by applicable law. Information processed for a business may require coordination with that business.

8. Updates And Contact

We may update this policy and will show the revised effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it.
