Text Messaging (SMS)

If a caller contacts a business using RuckerConnect, the business may send a transactional text message such as a missed-call follow-up and booking link. Message frequency varies by caller interaction. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:

Service providers (e.g., telecommunications providers like Twilio; hosting providers; database providers)
Businesses using RuckerConnect, so they can respond to their customers
