RuckerConnect (“RuckerConnect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-enabled call handling and missed-call follow-up tools for service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you provide

  • Business account details (business name, contact info, booking link)

  • Support communications you send to us

Information processed on behalf of businesses (end-customer data)

  • Caller phone numbers

  • Call metadata (time, status such as completed/no-answer/busy)

  • Optional: messages sent to callers (e.g., booking link texts)

Technical data

  • Basic log data (IP address, device/browser info, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Route calls and deliver missed-call follow-up messages

  • Create and manage “lead” records for businesses using RuckerConnect

  • Provide customer support

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

  • Improve and maintain our services

Text Messaging (SMS)

Customers who voluntarily opt in to SMS messaging may receive transactional appointment-related text messages from RuckerConnect or from businesses using RuckerConnect. These messages may include missed-call follow-ups, booking links, appointment confirmations, cancellations, reminders, booking updates, and help or opt-out responses.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to request an appointment, complete a transaction, purchase services, or use RuckerConnect. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:

  • Service providers (e.g., telecommunications providers like Twilio; hosting providers; database providers)

  • Businesses using RuckerConnect, so they can respond to their customers

  • Legal / compliance needs if required by law or to protect rights and safety

 

SMS Messaging and Mobile Information

RuckerConnect supports transactional appointment-related SMS messages for businesses using our service. These messages may include appointment confirmations, cancellations, reminders, booking updates, missed-call follow-ups, and help or opt-out responses.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to request or complete an appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@ruckerconnect.com.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may only be shared with service providers as needed to operate RuckerConnect, deliver messages, comply with law, or protect the security and integrity of our services.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure.
