SMS Terms

Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive transactional SMS messages from RuckerConnect or businesses using RuckerConnect. These messages may include missed-call follow-up messages, booking links, appointment confirmations, appointment cancellations, appointment reminders, booking updates, and related customer-care messages.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to request an appointment, complete a transaction, purchase services, or use RuckerConnect.

Message frequency varies based on customer interaction and appointment activity.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
