Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the RuckerConnect website and services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Customers who voluntarily opt in to SMS messaging may receive service-related SMS messages such as appointment confirmations, cancellations, reminders, booking updates, missed-call follow-ups, and help or opt-out responses. SMS consent is optional and is not required to request an appointment, complete a transaction, purchase services, or use RuckerConnect.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure

  • Ensuring information you provide (e.g., forwarding number, booking link) is accurate

  • Using the Services in compliance with applicable laws and carrier policies

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited marketing texts

  • Harass, defraud, or violate others’ rights

  • Collect or use data unlawfully

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services

4. Messaging & Consent

RuckerConnect supports transactional appointment-related SMS messages only for customers who voluntarily opt in through an approved opt-in workflow, such as an unchecked SMS consent checkbox on a RuckerConnect-powered booking page.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to request an appointment, complete a transaction, purchase services, or use RuckerConnect. Businesses using RuckerConnect are responsible for obtaining appropriate customer consent and complying with applicable messaging, privacy, carrier, and legal requirements.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

5. Third-Party Providers

Some features rely on third parties (e.g., telecommunications providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages or delivery failures outside our control.

6. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee call completion, message delivery, or specific business outcomes. Carrier filtering and network conditions may impact performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RuckerConnect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Services are being misused or used unlawfully.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
