TERMS AND CONDITIONS — RUCKERCONNECT LLC

These Terms govern use of the RuckerConnect website and services ("Services"), operated by RUCKERCONNECT LLC ("RuckerConnect," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Agreement to these Terms does not constitute SMS consent.

1. The Service

RuckerConnect provides business software for operational workflows, administrative assistance, support, and onboarding. Available features depend on your enabled services and configuration. Descriptions of planned features do not mean those features are currently available.

AI-enabled assistance may produce incomplete or incorrect information. Review important outputs before relying on them for business decisions. Support may use an AI assistant, with escalation to the platform operator when needed; human review is not guaranteed to be immediate.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, providing accurate information, and using the Services only with appropriate authority for your business. Use of the Services must comply with applicable laws and carrier policies.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to send spam or unsolicited marketing texts; harass, defraud, or violate others' rights; collect or use information unlawfully; gain unauthorized access; or interfere with the Services.

Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, or patient medical information through the public support form.

4. Platform Support Messaging And Consent

RuckerConnect Platform Support is an optional, non-promotional text-message program from RUCKERCONNECT LLC for business owners and authorized staff. Messages cover account setup assistance, support-request acknowledgments and updates, responses to platform-use questions, and confirmations and reminders for onboarding sessions you request.

Enrollment is voluntary. To request enrollment through the support form, enter your mobile number and actively select the separate SMS checkbox, which is unchecked by default. A phone number alone is not consent.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to create an account, request support, complete a transaction, purchase services, or use RuckerConnect. You can request support by email.

Message frequency varies with support requests, account assistance, and requested onboarding sessions. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. No further Platform Support text messages will be sent unless you affirmatively enroll again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This consent applies only to Platform Support. It does not authorize promotional broadcasts, cold outreach, or patient/customer messaging on behalf of another business. Program messages begin only after messaging is enabled and your opt-in has been recorded. Any other messaging program requires its own disclosed purpose and appropriate consent.

5. Third-Party Providers

Some features rely on third-party providers, including communications, hosting, payment, and AI services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or delivery failures outside our control.

6. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee call completion, message delivery, or specific business outcomes. Carrier filtering, network conditions, and other service dependencies may affect performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RUCKERCONNECT LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Services are being misused or used unlawfully.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms and will show the revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. A change to these Terms does not by itself enroll you in SMS or authorize a different messaging purpose.
